About us

Ebner 1822 is more than just a holiday resort - it is a project close to our hearts. Together, we have created three holiday homes that are in harmony with nature and tradition. Our aim was clear from the outset: to build and live in a way that protects the environment and is good for people.

We only use natural materials such as wood from our own forest, organic straw from regional fields and clay. Each house is built by hand - open to diffusion, healthy and durable. This creates an indoor climate that is noticeably different: natural, soothing and free from artificial building materials.

For us, however, sustainability means more than just ecological building. It is an attitude that lives on in all areas of Ebner 1822: from the organic breakfast basket and our small village tavern to the care of meadows, forests and the natural pond. We want to preserve what we have been given - and at the same time create a place where our guests can find peace, security and quality of life.
